These Terms of Service govern your use of Berry OS, a marketing operating system provided by Digital Berries. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and ensuring that people using your workspace are authorized to do so. You must not share credentials in a way that compromises account security.
Berry OS offers Starter, Growth and Custom plans. Prices, included modules, limits and billing cadence are displayed on the pricing page or agreed in a custom proposal. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled or otherwise ended.
Payments and recurring subscriptions may be processed by PayPal. Berry OS may receive subscription status and payment event information needed to activate plans, maintain entitlements, process billing events and provide support. PayPal controls payment-method eligibility and authorization decisions.
Where supported, you may change or cancel your plan through Berry OS billing controls or by contacting support. Changes are subject to the applicable payment provider rules and the billing policy displayed at the time of purchase.
You may use Berry OS only for lawful business and marketing activities. You may not use it for fraud, abuse, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized access, malware, spam that violates applicable law, infringement or attempts to bypass security or usage controls.
Berry OS can connect to third-party services such as advertising, social, analytics, email, messaging and payment platforms. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, permissions and eligibility requirements. We do not guarantee continued availability of a third-party API.
Berry AI provides assistance and recommendations. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before important business, financial, legal or advertising decisions. High-impact actions should require appropriate human review and confirmation.
Digital Berries and its licensors retain rights in the Berry OS software, branding, interfaces and documentation. You retain rights in content and business data that you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.
We may improve, modify or retire features as the product evolves. We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, integrations or third-party services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Berries is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
