Berry OS is intended for legitimate marketing, analytics, client operations and business workflows. This policy explains prohibited uses that protect customers, recipients, platforms and the service.

Do not use Berry OS for

• Fraud, impersonation, phishing or deceptive schemes.
• Unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, systems or data.
• Malware, credential theft, exploitation or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Unlawful spam, harassment or bulk messaging that violates applicable rules or recipient expectations.
• Manipulation of advertising, social or search systems through prohibited or deceptive practices.
• Processing data you do not have the right to use or share.
• Automated actions that violate a connected platform's terms or technical limits.

Email and messaging

You are responsible for lawful recipient collection, consent where required, sender identification, unsubscribe handling and provider limits when using Berry Reach, WhatsApp or other messaging integrations.

AI-generated content

Review AI-generated copy, recommendations and automation plans before publishing or executing them. You remain responsible for the final content and actions taken from your account.

Enforcement

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is abusing the service, creating security risk or violating this policy or the Terms of Service.
