If you want eligible personal, workspace or connected-platform data removed from Berry OS, you can submit a deletion request. Include the account email, workspace name and the specific data or integration you want removed.
Email privacy@digitalberries.in with the subject Berry OS Data Deletion Request. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting account information.
You can also revoke Berry OS access through the relevant third-party service. Revoking access prevents future API use, while eligible stored data can be deleted through a request.
Certain information may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or security reasons. Where retention is required, access and use remain limited to the applicable purpose.
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and, where applicable, within the timeframe required by law. We will explain if a request cannot be completed in full.
