Privacy Policy

Digital Berries ("we", "us") operates Berry OS, an internal agency-management tool used to run advertising and social media campaigns on behalf of our clients. This page explains what data we access via connected platforms (including Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X) and how it is used.

What We Access

• Advertising account data (campaign names, spend, reach, clicks, results) via the Meta Marketing API, for the ad accounts we are explicitly granted access to manage.
• Page and Instagram Business Account posting access, solely to publish content that our team has authored and scheduled on behalf of the client.
• Basic account identifiers (Page ID, Ad Account ID, Instagram Business Account ID) needed to route API requests to the correct account.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not access personal data of your customers, followers, or ad audiences beyond aggregate campaign metrics.
• We do not sell or share platform data with third parties.
• We do not post anything without it first being authored and queued by our team inside Berry OS.

Data Storage

Access tokens and campaign metrics are stored in our private, password-protected MySQL database, accessible only to authorized Digital Berries team members.
